I am incredibly detail-oriented and organized and will take you through all 5 phases of a project: pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration. At each phase of the process, you will receive a completed project phase package appropriate to that phase of the design. For example, at the end of the pre-design phase, you will receive a binder with copies of your site environmental analysis, building code review and land use documentation specific to your site.
I insist on overseeing the construction of my projects in order to safeguard your interests in this very large investment and to keep the project true to the design we have created together. In fact this service is also Hawaii state law so please make sure no matter who you choose to design and draw up your home, they take full responsibility and assist you through the most important phase, construction.
